Disconnect a social account
Sign in to Idea2Content Studio, open Account, then select Disconnect in the relevant Facebook + Instagram or TikTok connection card. This removes the stored connection and encrypted token from Idea2Content Studio. You can also remove the app from the connected platform’s account settings.
Delete your Idea2Content Studio data
Email hello@idea2contentstudio.co.uk from the address used for your account with the subject Data deletion request. State whether you want all account data removed or only particular saved content. We will confirm the request and explain if any record must be retained for legal or security reasons.
Clear local browser data
Some drafts and editor settings are stored on your device. Use the app’s clear/reset controls or clear the site data for idea2contentstudio.com in your browser.
